Refund and Return Policy

At Toppariz, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a transparent and straightforward refund and return policy. We encourage you to carefully review the following terms to understand our guidelines for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 45 days of the original purchase date. Returns requested outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
Items that show signs of wear and tear, misuse, alteration, or are not in resalable condition will not be eligible for a return.
All tags, labels, and protective materials must be intact and attached.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt. Without this proof, we will not be able to process the return.
Original Purchase Location: Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from the Toppariz website (https://toppariz.com/) or our physical store. Products purchased from third-party retailers are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns due to their nature or condition:
Personalized Items: Items that have been custom-made, personalized, or engraved are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Perishable Goods: Live bait, food items, or other perishable goods are not eligible for returns due to their limited shelf life.
Clearance Items: Items marked as clearance, final sale, or as-is are non-returnable.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are not returnable or redeemable for cash.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Within the 45-day return period, please contact us at info@toppariz.com or by phone at (270) 618-8445 to initiate a return. Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Return Authorization: After evaluating your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns received without an RA number will not be processed.
Shipping the Item:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package to protect against loss or damage during transit. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item does not meet these criteria, the return may be rejected, and the item will be returned to you at your cost.
Refund Process
Approval: If the returned item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued for items that are not returned in their original condition or are missing parts. The refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the item and missing components.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Restocking Fee: We may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price for certain returns that are not due to our error, especially for items returned outside the original packaging or missing components.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you should follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Defective or Damaged Items
Notification: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt). Send us photos or videos that clearly show the issue.
Replacement or Refund: Depending on the situation, we will either send a replacement item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. We may request that you return the defective or damaged item before a replacement or refund is processed.
Policy Changes
Toppariz reserves the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to check periodically for updates.
